Where are you located?
We shoot in our comfortable Toronto studio at:
52 St Lawrence St, Unit 307 (Buzzer 1129), Toronto, ON M5A 3N1
We also offer on-location headshots for corporate teams across the GTA.
Do you offer outdoor headshots?
Yes, location shoots are available for an additional fee. Please reach out to discuss your needs and to receive a custom quote.
What should I wear for my headshot?
Wear something that feels like you while aligning with your professional goals. Solid colours typically work best, and it’s good to avoid busy patterns. Bring a few options, and we’ll help you choose what photographs best. Please see my Tips and Tricks page for more help!
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
Yes, we work with trusted hair and makeup artists upon request. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your session. The rate is $200.
What is the difference between 1, 2 and 3 “looks”?
How long will my session take?
Sessions typically last 45–120 minutes, depending on your selected package. We take the time needed to ensure you feel comfortable and capture a variety of expressions.
How many photos do I get?
We capture a wide range of images and send you a proof gallery so you can select your favourites for retouching. You will receive 1 retouched headshot per “look” paid for. Final edited images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, ready for print, company websites, and social media.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes. All selected images include professional, natural retouching to remove blemishes and stray hairs while ensuring you still look like yourself.
How long until I receive my final images?
Proof galleries are sent within 5 business days, and your retouched selections are delivered within 5 business days after you make your selections.
Can I get my images faster?
Yes, rush turnaround is available for an additional fee of $25 per image. Let us know if you’re on a tight deadline.
Can I get the unedited images?
Unedited images are not provided, as we want to ensure every image released meets our professional standards. If you need additional images edited beyond what’s included in your package, we’re happy to retouch them at the following rates:
1 image: $80
2 images: $160
3 images: $200
4 images: $250
Additional retouching is delivered within 5 business days after you’ve made your selections.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
What if I’m late for my session?
As I often book several sessions a day, I need to keep a tight schedule. I allot a generous amount of time for each session to ensure we get exactly what you need, but if you arrive late, the time I have scheduled for the session to end will be adhered to.
What are the payment options?
For actors or professionals purchasing single person sessions, please see my payment page here. For group sessions I will provide an itemized invoice. In this case, payment options include: check, direct deposit, e-transfer or credit card (for a 3% service fee)
Do you require a deposit?
For single sessions, the session fee must be paid in advance to secure your scheduled time. For group sessions, I require a 50% deposit to confirm the shoot, and the remaining 50% to be paid before I deliver final images.
Do you photograph corporate teams?
Yes, we specialize in corporate headshots for law firms, tech companies, finance teams, and more. We can photograph your team at your office or host you in our studio for clean, consistent, modern headshots. Check our Group Headshots page for more details.
